I finally have a good problem with my brewing.

I have 3 similarly colored brews going at the same time so to make sure I don't mix them up I had to label my fermenters!

On the left is a Brown ale in the middle is a Black IPA and on the right is my version of John Palmer's "Elevenses" which I named "Shire Ale" after the Lord or the Rings novels. I added some Peat Smoked Malt to the recipe.

Lookin good! I wish I could brew often enough to end up with 3 going at once. I can barely get 1 going at once... How's that ferm chamber working out for you?

The fermentation chamber is fantastic! Just like one of those chicken rotisseries, set it and forget it. So much easier than the swamp cooler that I used for over a year.
