I thought up a series of beers inspired by greek mythology ( see https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f14/greek-mythology-themed-beers-159029/ for details) and first up is Demeter. I'm going for an imperial Wit:
Est OG: 1.07, 5g batch, 3g boil
Est SRM: 4.3
Est IBU: 25
2# extra light DME
2# wheat DME
5# white wheat malt
2.5# pilsner Malt
0.75oz Zeus (16%) [60]
0.5oz Cascade (5.5%) [flameout, dry hop]
0.5oz corriander (flameout)
0.5oz orange zest (flameout)
WLP400
Mash @152F for 60mins, sparge @160, boil for 60mins
ferment at 68F, add dry hops for 1 week
Any suggestions?
