hi all new here but would like some advise, i've just done up a batch of 4gallons, i've fermented it through as was the directions that came with the kit, The thing is i've had it in the fridge for two days now and tasted it and it's pretty dry and very little taste from it. i'm getting bottle tomorrow or the next day how do i go about carbonating and sweeting it and will this bring back the taste also.
all advise greatly appreciated.
