There are many like it, but this one is mine:
An eBay conveyor belt motor. The boiler plate says it's rated at 1/8 HP and ~40 in-lb. It is *definitely* beefier than that. It doesn't even slow down under load. The numbers appear to be fiction, but good fiction
A postal scale from Amazon. The display is mounted up front.
A Monster Mill MM-2.0 with the hardened roller option. I sprung for that (and made the unit portable) with the intention of doing "grinding days" with our local homebrew club(s) after a group bulk grain buy. Grind as much as you want, at a cost of one beer
