so i cold crashed my hefeweizen last night and kegged late this morning...
just took a little sip (my curiosity was killing me!), and it is extremely yeasty!
i let 'er sit in the primary for a little over two weeks before kegging, and i used the standard white labs yeast amount (didn't add it to a yeast starter). on top of this, i was very careful with transferring it to the keg to not disturb the yeast bed. i didn't even touch the last 0.5 gallons of my primary fermenter.
any advice on how to get this yeasty beer to clear up a bit?
