I have three 16oz jars of water that I boiled and sealed as described in the yeast washing sticky. Was going to use them three days ago and took them out of the fridge but didn't end up using them and they've been on the counter ever since. Would these still be okay to use? None of their pressure pop tops have gone off to indicate that they came unsealed. I just don't want to use them and contaminate my yeast.

I'd say you're probably fine. Unless you pitched into the water and let it sit, I'd say it's quite safe. I'm a relatively new homebrewer (12 batches), so that's just my two cents.

Cheers!
