So about 4 moths ago i read an article on HBT about yeast harvesting . Its not yeast washing but making a little bit bigger starter and saving the extra for later. 4 months later i brewed a batch using the extra "made a starter of course" and it worked like a charm. Full fermentation and a jar of extra ready to go for the next one. I have a British and a American 2 that I'm going to do the same with. Awesome stuff !

I second this method. I am going to see how many times I can use a yeast harvest before I get any off flavors, but since it is in essence the same as the corporations it may not really change too many times.
