I have a recipe for a Surly Furious clone that I have been wanting to try for a while now. The recipe calls for using Wyeast 1335 which is a British Ale Yeast. When I went to order my ingredients, the HBS I order from didn't have that yeast strain in stock.
My question is, I have a pack of Wyeast 1056 in my fridge. I use 1056 in most of my IPA's that I brew and I was wondering if it would make a huge difference to just use the 1056 instead of the 1335? Or should I just hold off brewing this and order some 1335 from a different HBS?
Cheers!
