Hi, I was going to make a recipe for 2.5 Gallons using:
pale Ale Malt 3.8 pounds
Caramel 20L 0.33 pounds
Caramel 60L 0.22 pounds
but by mistake I added: pale Ale Malt 5 pounds, Caramel 20L 1 pound and Caramel 60L 1 pound.
I realize after I finish this stupid mistake, and now the batch is fermenting.
I know this is totally stupid, but my question is if the resulting beer will be drinkable, due to the high amounts of caramel 60L and 20L,
what are your suggestions, discard the beer or continue??
thanks...
