Ok... Brewed a fat tire clone with wlp001, harvested and washed the yeast, waited a few days, made a 1000ml starter in my 2k ml flask and it blew the lid off, krausen everywhere for 2 days, crash cooled it for a few more.
Come to today, did BierMunchers Cream of Three Crops, all went well, got the fermenter ready and pitched my yeast, left it for 30 min while i cleaned up, moved it from the garage into the house and.....the air lock is bubbling already, a bubble every 10-15 seconds....wtf?
Have never had this happen, usually I have a few hours lag time but 30 min?
Anyone seen this before?
