I'm on my 4th batch of sierra clone pale ale. I'm afraid i was drinking a little too much when i was ready to pitch my yeast. (liquid kind from my supplier) and didn't let it warm up from the fridge.

any way it was bubbling alot the next day but today i got nuthin'. I've had alot of gurgle for at least 4 to 5 days on my last batches. So i'm a little worried any help or input would be so freakin' cool

Keep an eye on your specific gravity too.

yeah about that...
my recipe didn't include all that info

I need to get one of those sachrometers or somethin' like that.

What should the gravities be? after i get the measuring dohicky of course.:rockin:

It's a hydrometer, for the record. Definitely should get one as soon as you possibly can, since it's tough to tell without one (as a newbie) if your beer is done fermenting. As far as your fermentation goes, just let it ride--not much else you can do without checking the gravity.
