So, I am officailly graduating from MR Beer to the big boys now. Got a northern brewer kit with some extra goodies on the way. Im supre stoked to start making some great beer!

I got the caribou slobber with the kit and also picked up dry dock breakwater pale ale. Not sure which I will do first.

I've got a 2&1/2 gal. batch of CS thats been fermenting almost 2weeks now. Can't wait till I can finally try it Lets see, another week to ferment, bottle and carb. for 3weeks, oh snap 4+weeks to wait.
