Hey guys,
Brewed up a hefe last saturday, most everything went as planned. Anyway I pitched a yeast starter and aerated with o2 through a diffusion stone. By the next morning I had a ton of krausen. Now 5 days later it still has what appears to be krausen on the top. Will that eventually settle out or will I just have to rack from underneath it? Ive never made a wheat beer so this is my first shot with wlp300 and not sure if this is normal. The fermentor has been at a steady 68 the whole time. Any advice or experince?
Thanks
