Wanted some feedback on the grain bill and hops for a winter warmer-ish recipe. Yeast will either be Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale or possibly S-05(04). Going to do a longer mash @ 155F. I like the idea of the hop combination for some spice, earthiness, and light citrus; but I'm worried it could actually be a train wreck.
