Hello from soggy NorCal! Things are finally drying out here after our last big storm. We were without power for about 40 hrs and my latest brew was about a week into fermentation when the fermentation chamber lost power. I was holding at about 70 degrees and had gotten down to about 1.012 the last time I checked my tilt before the blackout. Before we regained power, I checked last night and had dropped to 59 degrees and was at 1.010. The power came back on in the middle of the night (yay!) and my heat wrap got it back up to 74 before I checked on it. Interested to see what a sudden drop and then a sudden rise in ferm temp does for this guy. I'm confident that most of fermentation happened at a stable temp before the lights went out. I'll keep y'all posted
