Bought some wine supplies and made 6 1 gallon batches of various wines. Wife prefers to buy a bigger variety so I am done with this experiment. Make an offer. It has been vacuum packed in fridge and is 2 1/2 months old. Mostly unopened.
About 3 ounces of acid blend
1 and 1/2 packet of pectic enzyme
Almost full tannin 30 g pack
Slightly used 100g goferm
1 lb potassium meta bisulfide unopened
2 pack Montrachet yeast
1 80g fermaid packet
1 champagne yeast
1 cotes des blanc
