Hi all can u give me advice on my first attempt at cider making this is per 1 gallon will be making 5 more this weekend........
75% sweet apple 25% bitter = 1 Gallon juice,
1 Campden tab left for 36 hours,
Lalvin 1118 yeast straight into apple juice (read that on this forum )
thats it room temp about 68.
