I use a really deluted mix of IO in my air lock and I cant be sure but it looks as if as the breww cooled it may have sucked a little into the secondary it had been transfered after two weeks in primary. SHould I worry about the yeast?
Pulled a little out and feed it sugar hoping it will produce some CO2 to show its alive.

I have no idea what "Star Cem" is, but "IO Star" isn't "Star-San", it's Five Star's Iodophor competitor, a completely different sanitizer. So I wouldn't call it "yeast food", like Star-San could be termed.

That said, if mixed per instructions before filling a ferm lock, even if fresh and the whole volume got sucked into the fermenter, there's so little volume there compared to the volume of wort that it's highly unlikely that much if any yeast would be affected...

Cheers!
