I bottled a brown porter 16 days ago and put left it in my basement. However, it's about 53 degrees F in my basement. I've just come to realize (b/c i'm an idiot) that it was probably too cold for the yeast to be active and create carbonation. I popped one open today and it's basically flat.
If i move it upstairs into the bathroom and set the heater to about 70 degrees, will the yeast become active again and carbonate or is it too late? Will it take another 2 weeks?
