I've really enjoyed this recipe since trying it out. I just cracked open my first bottle of my second batch of it. I tweaked the originally recipe a little bit and liked it so I figured I would through it out there.
Steep 30min:
1 lb. Wheat Malt
.25 lb. Honey Malt
Boil (75 Min)
7 lbs. Wheat extract (75)
1 lb. Wildflower Blossom Honey (75)
1 oz. Saaz (60)
2 oz. Chamomile Flowers (60)
.75 oz. Saaz (5)
yeast: WLP320
I changed up and added some additional hops and also toyed around with the specialty grains from the original recipe. Its slightly sweet but refreshing and just about everyone who has tried it has been a fan so far.
