I brew with the high gravity system (e-biab rims). I have been using pellets loose in the boil with little problems. However, I recently started recirculating wort at the end of the boil and during the chill (Jamil's method of chilling w/immersion chiller). I am now clogging up my pump and fittings.

I plan to start putting my pellet hops in a bag. I have also considered using whole hops and adding a bazooka screen.

Is there any reason whole hops and a bazooka screen won't work with e-biab and a pump recirculating at the end of boil?

Thanks.

Never mind. I just looked at my kettle and realized the bazooka will interfere with the element. I'll just use hop bags.

Small amounts of hops for things like wheat beers, pales, cream ales, etc have not causes me any problems but recirculating with an IPA clogged my pump as well. I'll also be using a hop bag for those happier beers or doing a wet hop off my cascade plants.
