There are all sorts of Carbonation calculators and charts that you could put in the desired Volume of CO2 for specific beer and the temp of it and it tells you what to set your PSI at.
So where do you find what the desired Volume of CO2 for a specific beer should be?
Also these calculators and charts tell you the PSI to set at but for how long? Is two weeks the standard?
