I've got a wit, dark lager and light lager in bottles right now and nothing in the fermenter... I know I should brew something but I don't know what...

Any suggestions? I do simple extract with steeped grain and hops recipes. No secondary.

Looking toward summer; so with that in mind, I like the hefeweizens, but another good choice might be an APA or Belgian Blonde....

With warmer temperatures on their way (I hope, it's pretty chilly here today) a saison might be a good one. Saison yeasts like to be fermented warm. I pushed mine to 85F to finish it out.

You're rendition of the Starbucks unicorn beer!

I have a saison in the fermenter and brewing a blueberry cream ale this weekend because they sound so good for the season. Also a pale ale or ipa might balance out your brewed up beers right now?
