Going to the nearest brew store soon (~2 hrs from here) and need some base malt to use up some specialty grains left over from other recipes.

Here's what I got (1/2 pound each):

Special B
Carapils
Aromatic
Caramunich
Biscuit

What to make? Some British style Ale or something? I'm relatively inexperienced. These are left overs from others recipes I've tried.

Belgian is what I was thinking first. Dubbel or Quad based on your ingredients would use Special B, Caramunich, and possibly a little aromatic. You would just need some D180 candi sytrup (1 lb for Dubbel, 2 or 3 lbs for Quad). And a good ol' Belgian yeast.

You could use the Biscuit in a Bitter or ESB. Carapils goes in a lot of recipes, so that should be easy enough to use.
