I've had good luck giving it to college kids (21 years old or over). They really appreciate it even though it's bad, and some of them get into the hobby because they want to make their own "sick beer at home".
When we brew a bad batch at the club I'm in we give it to one of the members and he filters the water out of it and brings the leftovers back. Happens a couple times a year. 2 out of 50+ isn't so bad.
