I'm partial to smoking some Italian hots and either pork loin or some chicken. The hots are for munching during the brewing and the rest is dinner.

So, It's safe to say that anything from the BBQ or smoker tastes best on Brewday.

Thus, Chicken McNuggets would be a sin on brewday.

I like to stick with something portable. Brats are a staple of brew days.

They can be eaten quickly and I can open ball valves and turn on my pump with a brat in the opposite hand.
