Making a basic American Wheat today....5 lbs 2 row....3.5 lbs white wheat....1lb Vienna and German Ale yeast.

I have large quantities of Amarillo, Columbus, Chinook, Galena, Goldings.

Any suggestions on Hop additions out there?

Thanks

Yeah...I was leaning towards the Amarillo...Ive used it as a single hop before and always loved it. Galena is an all purpose hop...maybe use it for bittering and finish with the Amarillo? I have a few hours to decide

also...first time using rice hulls...would about .5 lbs be enough to ensure no stuck mash...or more. Using an igloo cooler and false bottom.

I got a pound of Galena awful cheap last fall. As a result, for most batches in the past year, I've bittered with Galena and finished with other hops. I've liked the results so far.
