want to see what you guys think/have experienced with any piece of my recipe. I was inspired to use WLP644 (brett trois) after trying a fantastic ipa this past weekend that used it.

ABV: 6.27%

2lb Vienna
2lb White Wheat
WLP644 (started created)
.60oz Galaxy FWH
1oz Galaxy @ 5
3oz Galaxy Whirlpool 30 minutes
4oz Galaxy Dry Hop 5 days @ 55 degrees
Mash @ 152
Oxygenate with pure O2 for 1 minutes before pitching yeast
