In response to my other post, I have put together an Pale Ale that will use the pomegranate juice. What do you think? I think we would like the tart quality form the pomegranate, and think it would go good with the cascade (that a coworker grew), but don't want too much sweetness. I have debated moving the juice from the start of fermentation to a couple days in. I will be using Brülosophy's HYBRID schedule.
