Ok, making a 10 gal all-grain batch. 10# 2row, 4# malted wheat, 1# flaked oats. @ 7.5 gal my preboil SG is 1.030 !?!. Should I boil now or keep sparging? Was hoping for an OG of 1.038. Sorry, AG noob.
 
Hard to say. That's a pretty small grain bill for a 10 gallon batch. Keep going if you're fly sparging.

Got any DME to add later?
 
I am, and I did. Sorry for the abrupt post, but I decided to take an on-the-fly gravity reading, and it seemed low. I sparged to 11 gal, so we'll see...
 
Ok, I'm an ass. Must have been a diluted sample. I sparged to 11.75 gal, STIRRED, and rechecked the gravity. 1.036, pre-boil.

LESSON LEARNED.
