I bought a few boxes of stuff from a guy at work and these were in there. I'm pretty sure the first two pics are of a sanke adapter, it's very dirty, but does it appear to be complete?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Yup, they all appear to be keg couplers.
The first one is a D style, common with most American kegs. From your pictures, it does appear to be complete.
The second one is a Hoff-Stevens style, which I believe are not common anymore.
The last two appear to be the same type of coupler, but I don't know what style they are.
