well, i almost did it. it was close. bound to happen sooner or later.
thank god the phone rang, thank god because the phone was next to the saucepan.
guess what was in the saucepan.

my priming sugar.
i almost bottled without adding the priming sugar.

anyone ever done this?

almost? of course.. I bottled half a batch before realizing it.. it was my third batch and I remembered reading about people forgetting that and thinking how dumb.. then there I was with a beautiful case of unprimed bottled beer. I poured back into my bucket carefully, primed and bottled. Turned out fine.

I thought I did that once when I was using recycled bottles & carb drops. I could swear I missed carb drops in a couple out of 62,but My son who was helping said no. They all carbed up really well.

better. it was my friend, she made me a strawberry pie, with strawberries she picked that day. super yummy.
