I have had a BrewersBest Weiwenbier and a BB American Cream Ale in primaries for a week. I have been leaving my beers for three weeks in primary and then bottling. Is it advisable to bottle the weizen earlier than the three weeks I have been using? This is my first weizen, but I love the style(2.5 years stationed in Germany).
Thanks for any help!:mug:

Weizens are generally better "fresher" than some other styles, but I still use my standard 3-4 weeks in primary, no secondary, and drink once it's carbed. I cut the time off the bottle-conditioned phase to keep it young, I don't rush the primary.
