Hey all, I've got a mixed ferm. sour beer which had ~1.2 lbs/gal cherry puree (Vintner's Harvest brand) to. The beer is ~7 months old and fermented out, but when I pull samples it's got a weird murky haze to it. I haven't experienced this from beers with sterile puree before. Was wondering if pectin enzyme would help? Any input welcome!

The beer is about 7 months old but when was the fruit added? How does it taste? Did the haze just appear or it’s just there now and you hadn’t checked it for several months prior? It might be the pedio which will go away on its own. It could be pectin but vintners harvest is heat pasteurized so probably not.
