Hey all, doing my first turbid mash soon and am wondering about water treatment. Since it's a bit different and I basically have a large reservoir of boiling water being added to the mash at multiple steps, do I treat that large volume of water for pH, SO4/Cl, etc? FYI I use bru'n water typically.

I calculate how much water I need for the entire mash and run it through bru'n water to figure out the adjustment so I can do a single adjustment rather than multiple mash adjustments. Usually when brewing I add all the dry salts to the mash rather than the liquor but with multiple infusions it all has to go in the water so you don't get funky ph issues.
