So from what I can tell there's basically nothing in the water and the PH is a bit high. I just did my first 3 batches with this water all are fermenting well, we'll see how the turn out but i'm wondering if i should try to add anything to the water for big flavor hoppy reds, and IPAs
Previously i was In San Diego so this water is a pretty big change.
