Received my water report from Ward labs, seems like the water is a bit "uninteresting". For anyone else in Crossville, this is not the city water but WCUD, which is AFAIK surface water from Billy’s Branch Lake. Is beersmith a good tool to use to determine what to add? I mostly do all grain brewing of Belgians, Stouts and Ales.

Thanks for the link to the pdf, lots of good information.

I've downloaded the spreadsheets and have been getting used to imputing the information and how it effects the water chemistry. Looks like my next batch of brew will have some new mash additions!
