I have a mason jar of washed ringwood in the fridge. This is the first time I've washed it, and it seems to behave a bit strangely. While other strains I've used form a compact layer of yeast at the bottom of the jar, this layer is rather loose after 2 weeks in the fridge. Moving the jar around causes the surface of the yeast layer to move about. Has anyone else had a similar experience with ringwood?

Sorry to bump a older thread, but I'm seeing this now with my ringwood. Its a pretty interesting strain for sure, so I wouldn't be surprised if this isnt out of the ordinary.

Anyone have some input on this?
