so, I had the pleasure of trying the beers from Volkan Brewery in Santorini. They use the citron plants leaves in all their beers, and apparently are the only brewers to do so.
I wondered if anyone knows the type of method they use to distill, or if there are any citrus plant leaves you’ve used? Sounds a strange ingredient to me.
