I am considering filling a 2.5 gallon keg with vodka, distilled water, and ginger flavoring. I can't find any recipes to give me an idea for the quantity of water to vodka. Has anyone done this before for a quick keg of booze?

i've done 2x 1.75l bottles in a 5 gallon keg with 1/2 gallon OJ a few times, but honestly the 1/2 gallon is just because of calories, and a whole gallon would be better....hell honestly, i'm never giving up on being cheap, but if i was going to give up on watching my waist, i'd just do 4 gallons OJ and 1 Gallon vodka in a 5 gallon keg....

well ethanol has a SG/Density of like .786 or something....so if you multiply 6%ABV by 0.8 to get the ABW....and water is 1 gram a ml.....i trust your a smart guy! :mug:

oh, and sucrose is 1.59....but i'd consider it a small player.....

here was the first result on google...
