So I'm on my first brew...using the Vienna lager kit from brewers best...the kit didn't have the yeast with it so I went down to the brew store and they gave me Nottingham yeast...I pitched at the fermentation temperature of about 58 degrees...its been fermenting for 15 days now...the airlock has stopped bubbling when I took the top off the ale pale there was a couple actual bubbles that came up...is that normal?
The hydrometer reading was 1.01 for three days but I still see the bubbles
