dont know what the final gravity should be on a vienna smash but mine is at 1.018. I mashed 14 lbs at 151-152 for 60 min with an OG of 1.061 and pitched a good amount of washed wlpoo1 it fermented like crazy some came out the top dont think it will go any lower just wondering if anyone else has had a higher FG like that
 
You're about 70% on attenuation. So, I'd say it finished a bit on the low side, but not out of the ballpark since WLP001 is 73-80%. Did you give it a shot of O2?
