This may not be anything exciting, especially for those of you who have been brewing for a long time. But I took short video of a belgian Wheat I just brewed (my 1st AG batch) and how 24 hours later the yeast is just having a party in there! Heres the link. Again I just find this amazing so I wanted to share it. Also I mention how I rigged my freezer with a thermostat from a home A/C, if anyone wants more info on that let me know it works awesome.

We just did a pumpkin spice ale 4 days ago. With the puree that was still mixed in the wort we had quite a show for about two days before the krausen dissipated and the yeast slowed down a lot.

I just made a belgian wheat and looks just like that right now, mine may be a bit paler but it could be the camera when the color fades in an out mine lookes like the pale fade.
What kind of yeast did you use, i used t-58 dry, first time trying it,well second to my pumpkin that was going a week ago. Also did you use much besides wheat and pale malt? I added a few crystal malts and rye flakes in very small amounts and upped the ibus a little unfortunatly i didnt have and noble hops so i used cascades.

Like you Skyler, my krausen fell after 2 days and the activity has slowed way down. When i open my freezer the citrus aroma is outstanding!!!!! I cant wait to drink this. As far as the yeast I used Safbrew S-33 (1 pkg.) There is also 1lbs of Clear Candi in there.
