Here is my very first meads bottled after about 60 days.
Left is strawberry and right is tangerine. The ones on the ends where the last of each flavor so got some of the lees. We have drank both of those right away. They came out surprisingly good for me first try. The others have been put away for further aging.
Pineapple and prickly pear are up next!
