My limited edition bottle 2007 has been empty for quite some time now. A unique taste wirh a deep rich malty smoothness reminiscent of a vintage port, cognac, or fine sherry. It's expensive, so have someone buy you a bottle or two.

I am less curious about what it is like than I am about how my jurisdiction (and 14 others) has deemed it an illegal beverage. Some booshe about it cannot be sold as a beer because of alcohol content, nor can it be sold as a spirit since it is not distilled.
 
i tried to order a bottle from our distributor "for the bar" (for me and a few buddies) and if it wasn't all sucked up via allocation, it should be arriving today. yes, $210 is steep, but you can split it a few ways with friends. and i've blown $50 in far worse ways...
