I just brewed Jamil's Sweet Stout and it called for wyeast whitbread ale yeast. I washed some of it and was wondering if anyone has used this for any other styles?
I use SafAle S-04 dry (Whitbread strain) on Oatmeal Stout, ESB, and English IPAs.
Wyeast recommends this yeast strain with:
Blonde Ale
English IPA
Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale)
Oatmeal Stout
Southern English Brown
Special/Best/Premium Bitter
Standard/Ordinary Bitter
Sweet Stout
