So I moved my latest creation, Poser Ale, a brown ale I made from available ingredients at our local co-op 2to my cellar 2days ago. Tried a few after conditioning at room temperature for a couple weeks and liked where it was heading. Tonight I had a couple and WOW, no green flavor, just clean goodness. Amazing what a couple days can make. Here was my recipe. A lesson learned in patience.

HOME BREW RECIPE:
Title: Poser Ale

Brew Method: Extract
Style Name: Dry Stout
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 5 gallons (fermentor

FERMENTABLES:
3 lb - Dry Malt Extract - Light (37.3%)
3.3 lb - Liquid Malt Extract - Light (41%)
0.75 lb - Corn Sugar - Dextrose (9.3%)

STEEPING GRAINS:
0.5 lb - American - Caramel / Crystal 60L (6.2%)
0.5 lb - German - Chocolate Wheat (6.2%)

HOPS:
1 oz - Sterling, Type: Pellet, AA: 8.7, Use: Boil for 60 min, IBU: 22.13
0.5 oz - East Kent Goldings, Type: Pellet, AA: 5, Use: Boil for 15 min, IBU: 3.15
0.5 oz - East Kent Goldings, Type: Pellet, AA: 5, Use: Aroma for 5 min, IBU: 1.27

YEAST:
Fermentis / Safale - English Ale Yeast S-04
Starter: No
Fermentation Temp: 70 F
 
Forgive me if this is the wrong forum for this, figured that this was a yeast cleaning up the beer thing. Slightly inebriated at the moment
