Twist offs...recappable?

Hi all,

Please forgive me, if this is a dumb question.. but I was just thinking, in this day and age, why hasn't someone come out with caps/capper for twist off bottles? Can't be that difficult. Is there something about these bottles making them impossible to cap for home brew? Just curious....

Supposedly they can be recapped if you have a bench capper.
