So I just bought Northern Brewer's Wheaten Beatdown extract kit and had planned to tweak it a bit with a different hop blend.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with it, WB is a hopped up wheat beer that includes the following hop schedule...

0.5oz Summit for 60min.

1.0oz Willamette for 10min.

1.0oz Cascade for 10min.

I've wanted to try a beer with Falconer's Flight for a while now, and so I bought 2.0oz to try in this beer.

I'm looking for advice on how to work the FF in. Would it work well with any of the hops that come in the kit, or should I just add the FF? Anyone have any ideas on a good hop schedule for it?

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan

I would maybe add 0.5oz at 60 and 1.5oz dry hop? That way you could really get the flavor of the hop.

Hmm, sounds good. Will they blend well with the other hops?

I'd say so. Cascade is citrusy and grapefruity, so they should play nice with the FFs.
