I've brewed many beers on this over the past 7 years, and picked up a few awards for some as well. I'm not brewing big batches as much these days and have downsized to an electric countertop setup. This is a great rig that let me hone my chops all grain brewing. Easy to setup and store, and on wheels, rolls right to the fermentation tank for easy pumping into the fermenter.
